WHO WE ARE
For over the past 25 years, the principles of Ravi Design, LLC have been providing Construction Management services throughout the country. Our firm was born out of the frustration we dealt with as a construction management company when handling the design and FF&E process. With so many people involved in the process and many without construction knowledge or understanding. We felt there had to be a better way. With this thought, Ravi Design was started with an emphasis on harmonious project coordination with design, construction & development teams.
MEET THE TEAM
Tom Diorio Executive Vice President
Tom Diorio serves as an Executive Vice President for Ravi Design, LLC. Tom brings over 30 years of construction and development experience to the leadership of the company. Over his career Tom has been involved in over $1.5 billion dollars of construction & development projects covering all aspects, including, but not limited to, hotels, high rise apartments, senior housing, commercial, municipal, and retail projects.

Tom has worked in construction management roles for many prestigious owner developers including the Trump Organization, White House Realty Capital, Excel Development, Related Properties, Moian Development Group, Vantage Hospitality, and many other local and national groups. Tom holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a masters degree in Real Estate.
John McCannExecutive Vice President
John McCann serves as an Executive Vice President of Real Estate and Finance. John has been in the Real Estate and Finance industry for the past 25 years. During his 25 years of experience in the industry, John has been involved in all aspects of Real Estate such as Real Estate Development, Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Management, and Real Estate Finance. John’s vast experience and diverse business background allows him to build and develop new business relationships by understanding customer needs and executing superior quality results.
Greg GuzzoExecutive Vice president
As an Executive Vice President of Ravi Design, LLC., Greg possesses a unique combination of specialized construction expertise combined with strong team leadership skills, positioning him as an unparalleled resource for the development of hotels nationwide. With more than 20 years of industry experience, he understands the specific demands and key priorities of the hospitality market and works closely with his project teams to ensure a successful completion for even the most complex, high profile projects.
Greg is a General Contractor in the State of Florida for 15 years and has extensive experience in the construction of Hotels, Multi Family, Office, Retail, and High End Luxury Homes. Greg has also overseen all aspects on several large scale out of state projects from pre development to final completion.
Julie La RottaLead Designer
ulie La Rotta joined the Ravi Design team with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. She has ten years of experience mostly in High-End residential design both new construction and renovation as well as some commercial design that includes office spaces, retail, and conceptual designs for boutique hotel, and condo lobbies. Growing up in Bogota, Colombia, Julie was exposed to one-of-kind architecture and culture of color — this has shaped her beliefs about spaces, in that the feel should be defined by the identity of the client, not the designer. This position and her natural affinity for color combinations have made her particularly skilled in thinking outside the box when designing spaces that are unique to each client. Her design philosophy is guided by the belief that spaces come to life not only by the harmony in the design elements that defines them but also the energy of the people who inhabits them, making them an essential part to our existence.
Tammi ColichioLead Designer

Leonardo Velandia BIM Manager
Leonardo received his degree as an architect at PUJ in Bogota, Colombia. He then moved to California to join some of the most prominent architecture firms worldwide, where he rapidly ascended to leading positions, achieving numerous awards, recognitions and developing his skills as a specialized designer in the hospitality industry. He has participated in the creation of notable projects like the “Atlantis Dubai At The Palms” in the U.A.E. and “The Cosmopolitan” in Las Vegas, among other very successful projects in the USA, Asia, South, and Central America.
High-end homes, low-rise, and high-rise multi-family buildings and interiors are part of his expertise, from concept creation to project coordination, management, and construction.
Since 2005 he became very interested in the emerging BIM technology, becoming an expert, pioneering, mentoring, and implementing its use on multiple architecture studios.

RAVI Design has cultivated relationships with national and regional distributors to provide our clients with known luxury brands as well as more cost affective regional options.
Our cabinets are built in the U.S. through Milino Cabinets. Through our distributorship we also offer custom closet systems and vanities.
We are distributors for plumbing manufacturers such as Grohe, Kohler, Toto, Brizo among others.
We have a nationwide rebate program with GE for all your appliance needs.
We work with several lighting companies to provide your project with the options you desire.
